Shivering hands

My friend is a vigorous mastrubator he is mastrubating for 6 years now he is 21. He said to me that his hands are shivering due to his habit of mastrubation. we are students of biology i told to him it is not due to that it is only due to your anxiety and improper diet. (For the last 7 years he didnt have his breakfast). He didnt belive me. Tell me what went wrong. Help him to come out from his problem

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I'm 31 years old, and getting married after 6 months in feb, my parents has fixed everything now I'm scared of few things please suggest me, I will really thankful to you, I use to mastrubet at the age of 13 and still doing it, when I was young I used to do this everyday, but things has changed past 10 years I'm not doing it everyday but once or twice in a week, now I'm facing problems, I can't stand more then 30 seconds if I matrubet, what if I get married I get scared of thinking this, Also I'm having knee pain back pain joint pain short memory I always think about my future anf get frustrated, I started drinking and heavly drink, I can't see anything sometime I feel like I should call that girl who's going to marry me and tell her all this then again I feel ashamed, If I don't matrubet THen after a week I'll have a nightfall for sure, I can't control, can you suggest me what to do please save my life.

There can be many causes of shivering hands or tremors like anxiety, stress, alcoholism, overuse or they may be due to tics. Essential tremors usually occur in families and are inherited. You can check with him if there is some family history of tremors.
Beta blockers and self relaxation exercises usually help!
