Should I be concerned about my symptoms?

I'm a 59 year old female. For the last 4 or 5 months, I have noticed a lot of changes in my body. First, I started getting confused, didn't know where I was when driving. Started forgetting I had stuff cooking on the stove. I have jerking/twitching muscles. Both eyes twitch all around them, even the eyebrows. I shuffle when I walk now. I keep having to try to relax muscles that have tensed until I start having tremors. I get choked all the time on everything. Sometimes, my jaws will do a quick snap shut and make me bite my toung or the inside of my mouth. Anyone know what is happening to me? Is this normal aging? I need answers! Please help?
