Slow motion feeling

I have MANY symptoms that go on (see other posts) but one that really concerns me is that sometimes as I am going about whatever I am doing, I get a feeling like I am suddenly in slow motion.  Like I have to force my body to keep doing what I'm doing - putting things in a filing cabinet, pressing the gas pedal in my car, pushing a cart down the aisle in the grocery store, etc.  It only lasts about 2-5 seconds but is very strange and alarming.  Sound familiar to anyone?

I use to have it. It would always happen when I was in the shower. Then one day it just stopped. It didn't happen every time I was in the shower, but once and a while. It was so weird. I would be washing and all of a sudden I was moving in slow motion, or so it seemed to me. It wouldn't last long, but it was weird.
