Someone pls help! ?These neuro like symptoms are terrifying and debillitating.

I've had some odd and very worrysome symptoms that have been going on that have me frightened when it happens. I have been researching this like crazy and can't find any answers to what it is going on with me. I just found other testimonials from other people who are experiencing sort of the same things but their doctors & specialists can't figure it out either or abthey just link it to anxiety and/or effects of anti-depressants, both of which I have neither of nor fit that criteria in any way.I'm hoping someone with true medical background or personal experience with diagnosis can help with some advice or direction so I know what to do or whether its serious or not so I can stop worrying. Whats going on with me used to happen only once in a while (maybe once every 1-2 mos.) But it's becoming more frequent about once every 2-3 days sometimes a couple times a day or sometimes I'll go a week with no symptoms. When it happens sometimes, I'll be just sitting, or standing, or walking into a room. It happens very often when i bend over. But todays incident was the worst because it happened while i was driving with my children in the car and it almost caused us an accident. So finally to what is going on. Out of nowhere all of a sudden I get this very strong vibration like buzzzzzzing sensation thats very debillitating  through my entire head, my vision kinda zones out during the process but doesn't black out. During that, it sort of feels like I'm falling fast in like segments (hard to describe, as is all of this).. My tongue will be tingling also. Then after about between 5-10 seconds of all that, the vibration electrical feeling subsides and it feels like i'm slowly coming back to and sort-of floating back up while thats happening i get a fast tingly feeling from my hands to the tips of my fingers and feet to tips of toes. Then that all ends and I'm left to the point of extreme dizzy lightheadedness for 3-10 minutes. Followed by being very tired/drowsy for a long time. Later on the rest of the day and sometimes into the next day I feel sort of disconnected and zoned out, a little "floaty" or sort of light, and just not myself (also a little hard to explain). And sometimes unexplainably a little aggitated and short fused. I really don't understand whats going on, but its uncontrollable and very scary. Especially today while i was driving. Thank god we were on a private residential road w/ no other vehicles around at the time. I did have to pull over after the episode due to the floating lightheaded feeling very overwhelming. (which i still feel a tiny bit 7 hours later.)  I don't think I could go through that again while driving and us be ok. Because i cant control it. Well thank you for taking the time to listen to me  Sorry so long and i wrote so much, its just really hard to explain all this into words. Thank You Again. I really hope someone can help. I'm terrified.

I have a nursing background; I am not a physician.

Sounds like some type of seizure activity.  Please consult a Neurologist for testing.  I would recommend an EEG and an MRI WITH contrast of your head/brain.

I would recommend NOT driving until you sort this out for your and everyone else's safety.
