Spinal accessory nerve damage

I recently had chiari surgery and had an Emg in October that said I have damage to the spinal accessory nerve- I have pain in the shoulder, neck, back and clavicle. I have not been able to find a doctor in my area that can help me with this issue. Does anyone know of a doctor that will do a nerve graft? Has anyone had a successful graft? I need to go back to work and I know I am running out of time for a nerve graft- it will be 6 months since surgery in mid January. Any help is appreciated. I was not able to lift my arm after surgery but I have been doing pt since end of August and I can lift the arm but my lower trap is doing the work- I have a 1 cm edema on my upper trap. I am desperate at this time and reall need help from this site. Thanks
