Sudden loss of muscle control

So hey, I'm 18, and I've got a pretty messed up schedule. I had to deliver some research papers, so for the past two weeks, I cut down about an hour or two of my usually 7-hour sleep, but I make up for it by sleeping an hour in the noon. I'm very anemic, to the point where some nurses and doctors keep misdiagnosing me (I've been through very exhaustive scans and tests so I know it's not the case) as thalassemic (again, I'm definitely not). Honestly, I've avoided taking the iron supplements because they give me stomach aches and make me smell weird, and I haven't felt a difference during my time taking the pills and avoiding them. I've also recently had an immune "breakdown", my body was having this huge inflammatory response to a very simple flu, and my doctors also said this might be why I contracted HPV. I got all my blood tests, and except the fact that my immunity is absolutely down, I am 100% free of HIV.  I'm also going through a very stressful phase of my life, especially regarding my family.
Needless to say, the last thing I needed was to have another disease. But then I found out I have HPV, and a lump in my breast (talk about lucky genetic heritage) both which I haven't had time to check due to my incoming deadlines with the research papers.
SOOOOO since the beginning of last week, I started having the most terrifying sensation. I started to lose (temporarily, it usually lasts less than a second) my muscle control. I'd be standing, talking to a friend while holding my purse, and then suddenly, my hands would let go, I'd feel my face losing control and feeling weird, and I'd almost fall. All of this while simply talking. It lasts really short, and the first time it happened I ignored it. The next day it happened two times, not once. The day after, nada, but the fourth day, it happened several times. I have since had a few days when nothing happens and then a few in which it does. It's really freaking me about, I'm scared it might happen while I'm eating, and the face I make feels really weird and probably looks weird too. It's like a sudden numbing, but it's ever so short and I've questioned whether it's just me or if it really is happening. But I'm absolutely sure, it's not just me. What should I do? What could it possibly be? Is it because of my blood, or sleep, or stress, lowered immunity, or is it another sign that I might have some kind of (god please not) tumor?
