Throbing pain on the left side of my head.

I am 22yrs old, female and I have been having pain on pressureson the left side of my head by my temple and it moved down my cheek/jaw area. It started about 2days ago when I felt a puffy sensation and nothing seems to help relieve the pain. I am having muscle spasms in the front of my head as well.
please help me.

I am a 22 yr old female, recently i have been waking up with a burning sensation in the back of my head and as of the pass few monts i have been having tension headache. this pain in the back of my head is new. it hurt to lay on it, but not when i touch it. i wore glasses for about two years and abruptly stop because they broke and i was really dependent on them.
now i feel disoriented. and i feel dizzy and some time faint. what could this possibly be?
and i havent been getting adequate rest.

well that explains it i haven't been able to sleep because of my heart racing every morning that i wake up.
well i get a little sleep for the past two nights because of the chamomile tea.
the heart beats are or were at 120 every morning i suppose anxiety.
now i am having muscle spasm-like symptoms they feel more narrow than a muscle spasm if that makes any since at all.
should i try and sleep any way with my heart rate rising in my sleep? i try to rest mostly.

Hi there.

The most common cause for these occurrences is still stress and the lack of rest.  Stress and inadequate sleep really puts strain on the muscles and soft tissues in this area.  Some would diagnose this as myofascial pain syndrome, which is a constellation of pain symptoms without any identifiable cause.  Treatment is directed symptomatically.  I suggest you have yourself checked by your doctor just to make sure that there is nothing to worry about.  For now I suggest you have adequate rest and avoid stress as much as possible.

Take care and God bless.
