I've just got a recurrance of cytomegalovirus and have had the left side of my face tingling for the last 4 weeks.  At other times, I've related this tingling to sinus infections or blockages.  It pays to see the Doctor...

Dear Clauda:

It is difficult telling what this might be as I can't examine you.  Tingles can be anything from sensory changes due to spinal cord problems, peripheral nerve problems, or neuromuscular junction problems. Sometimes, tingles are anxiety related, they can also be medication related, etc.  Shingles might be a problem, but usually this is associated with a more painful presentation.

Sorry, I can't help you.
