Hi,

I don't want to alarm you but toe walking in presence of delayed milestone should be taken seriously. It could be due to cerebral palsy, autism and many other conditions, which i don't want to name. Please get in touch with pediatric neurologist and also get a developmental quotient and IQ assessment done.
