Twitching all over

Ok, I am 28 yrs old and for 2 yrs now I have had ongoing symptoms.  I have had muscle twitching all over and my fingers twith, mostly my right hand but sometimes both hands.  Also numbing sinsations, pain in joints and lower back.  I get dizzy with changeing postion.  I have seen Neuro doc he says Fibro.  I am scared that this is really parkinsons.  My twitching is just that a quick twitch.  I get a twich in my forearm and then it feels like it pulls my finger to twitch.  My hand has shook before if I am on the computer for a long time.  If I change postion though it stops.  I am concerned, and dont understand the difference between a twitch and a tremor.  Please help, and tell me what you think

Wow, sounds almost exactly like what I went through.  I initially thought that I, too, had Parkinson's.  Long story short, I was dx with BFS.  I still twitch, my hands still shake, but it hasn't progressed any.  Check out aboutbfs.com.  It'll be very helpful.
