Thank you very much.I did a panoramic dental, face and TMJ X-ray and there is some signs of right TMJ low inflammation.I did a ultrasound of neck and it is normal. In the past 4 weeks the pain is rarely , short and gentle .The stomatologist found a muscle under my jow, near right TMJ that is hard and a little painful.Could it be a muscle pain?

Hi there!
Though neuralgia is a likely possibility, it is relatively a rare condition and with the clinical description a less likely possibility. More common possibilities include a re-infection or a low grade inflammation. I would suggest getting this evaluated by an internist or an ENT specialist for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate management.
Hope this is helpful.
Take care!
Or a Geniculate neuralgia?MRI is normal
