Weird Head Pressure and Anxiety

Hi,
I am 13 and I keep getting these weird pressures on both sides of my head. I freak out because I don't know what it is. It is really scary and I have looked all over the internet and I think it is anxiety but I am not sure. I then started feeling pressure all over my head and minor headaches. The only way to describe the feeling is weird. I felt like I couldn't sit down and I didn't want to go to sleep because I felt like I would never wake up. The only other anxiety attack(if that is what it is) is about a month ago I was watching a movie and I got a very strong pressure on both sides of my head. The next day it went away but this time it hasen't gone away. If you have any information I would be so unbelievably appreciative. Thank you, bye.

The symptoms are not really headaches mostly pressure. I have looked on the internet and I think what I have is Lyme disease, and a bit of anxiety, but thanks anyway. : )

Definitely talk to your parents. A benign possibility for headaches on the sides of your head is impacted wisdom teeth. I had that when I was young. They were still beneath the gum but were angling toward the other molars. Eventually, they started to move my teeth in the front. Once out, the headaches went away and my teeth straightened again. The rest sounds like anxiety. However, get checked and don't hide things like this from your parents.

Thanks, i'll ask my parents to take me because it really freaks me out. It hasn't been acting up that much but I keep on getting headaches around 11:00. It is getting really hard to get to sleep.

Wow, this is a lot for a 13 year old to deal with.  Have your parents taken you to a doctor?
