Hi there!
The MRI describes mild-moderate degenerative changes along the cervical spine with mild narrowing of the spaces that carry the spinal nerves on the left side at C2/ C3, moderate left sided narrowing at C3/ C4, mild-moderate narrowing on both sides at C4/ C5, moderate left and mild right narrowing at C5/ C6 and severe narrowing of the left space at C7/ T1, with possible compression of the exiting C8 nerve. Also described is a benign haemangioma in the body on the C7 vertebra and loss of normal curvature of the cervical spine, possibly due to muscle spasm, secondary to associated inflammation.
Hope this is helpful.
Take care!
To add to this. I have right sided numbness and tingling and have had it for years. I had a MRI done in 2011 and the newest finding are a lot worse. I had ESI done on c2-3,c3-4 in March 2012 that helped a little but the pain came back within 2 months. I constantly feel like my right neck, shoulder and arm are tight and hypersensitive.
