Stinging, burning itching sensations all over back and torso?

I am a 26 year old male with no pre-existing medical conditions. A few months ago, I suddenly began to experience unbearable stinging, prickling pains that spread all across the surface of my back, under my armpits and onto my chest. As time has gone on, it's only been getting worse. They come whenever I get hot, or move around for longer than a few minutes, and they're becoming more and more frequent. Even when I get excited or stressed, the pains will come, and now all I can really do is sit still in the freezing cold all day just to avoid suffering. Every day I wake up screaming in pain because I feel like my whole body is on fire after I've been sleeping for a while.

I have been to the doctor about this, and so far everything they have tested me for has come back normal. They tested my thyroid, blood cells, and even prostate, and as of yet they've found nothing. I recently went to a neurologist who even said that my spinal cord even seems to be normal.

I am running out of options and running out of time. I have been put on medical leave from my job because the pain intensifies with any kind of physical activity, no matter how minor, and my medical leave only extends until the beginning of April. If I'm unable to return to work by then, I will lose my job, and I have nowhere else to go if I can't pay rent and lose my current apartment. I'm more desperate than I've ever been in my life. No amount of aspirin, tylenol, codiene or any other type of painkiller helps at all.

The doctors have no idea what's causing this, and everything they test comes up normal. Meanwhile I suffer every second of every day. Please, someone, help me.
