What is mild focal microvascular changes...

What is mild microvascular changes in the left frontoparietal subcortical white matter? I'm taking meds for hypertension, asthma, allergies, deppression, generalized anxiety, acid reflux and high cholesterol. Saw a neurologist and send me various tests, among them, a brain mri that concluded this. Two months before the neurologist visit, I had a syncope with convulsions and have no recollection of anything, even my spouse told me I had the eyes and mouth wide open and suffered a strong bruise in my left elbow. Thanks for your answers.
