What type of migraine do I have?

I had pressure in the back of my head along with stiffness,light bothered my eyes, weakness in left arm, also dizziness before going on medication.  Very seldom accompany with a pain.  Never had a problem with headaches in my life.  I'm 54 and in good health up until now. I was off of work for a month because of this.  Went to a chiropractor for a month until I could see a neurologist.  It was a long month let me tell you.  Treatments helped me cope until I was put on medication.  
Starting to have a dull pain on left side of head and on left back of head every so often too while being on my medication.
Could this all be from menopause?  I've been told it could be  Sound right?   I was on Estraderm (0.05) for 8 years.  I went off it as soon as I started to get these symptoms.  Afraid maybe this was the cause of my problems.
I'm taking 60mg of propranolol (10mg ea) 3 time a day.  Seems to be helping.  If I don't take my pills exactly on the right time definitely my symptoms start up again. (hate side effects)
Pressure common in the back of the head with migraines?  I was diagnosed with essential tremor a few months before the migraines started.  Tremors cause migraines?
All my tests have turned out fine. (blood tests, MRI,head CT scan)
Medication is helping my tremor too.  Will I have to stay on this medication for the rest of my life because of the tremor.  Does essential tremor get progressively worse?

The initial history of left arm weakness was a bit concerning, but glad all your tests turned out ok. Incidentally, Thyroid and blood counts should have been checked. Before chalking everything up to menopause (which is a possibility), it's important to rule out any treatable conditions that could cause your symptoms first. Migraines can certainly start in the back of the head, but so can many other types of headaches (like tension) and other disease states.

As for the tremors, they shouldn't be causing the migraines. No way to predict your course. Some people's tremors do progressively get worse, while others remain well controlled on their meds. In our experience, treatment is often long-term therapy. Hope that helps.
