Hi doctors. im 19 years old and i have been healthy and active. i used to have a bad case of anxiety in High School but it comes and goes but i exercise to overcome it and stay busy with sports and work and school. But recently ive been dizzy and ive been having like speech problems or difficulty. like i slur my words and the words i want to say come out wrong like exapmle instead of saying like TILA,.. ill say TALILA or something.. i also been getting headaches like migraines. im usually sleepy like 1/2 of the day as well. I dont have health insurance so i really need some feedback on here please. People been sayin its something with the brain but i really need some answers ASAP. Thank you for your time..

Anderes,
Look for information about using magnesium for headaches, and Omega 3's (fish oil) for anxiety.

Hi, it seems you are having both anxiety with depression which is making your speech slurred too. “Depression and anxiety frequently co-occur; the National Comorbidity Survey (US) reports that 58 percent of those with major depression also suffer from lifetime anxiety. Even mild anxiety symptoms can have a major impact on the course of a depressive illness, and the commingling of any anxiety symptoms with the primary depression is important to consider. A pilot study by Ellen Frank et al., at the University of Pittsburgh, found that depressed or bipolar patients with lifetime panic symptoms experienced significant delays in their remission. These patients also had higher levels of residual impairment”. Taken from website http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Clinical_depression

Please consult psychiatrist or neuropsychiatist for evaluation.
