Wierd bubbly sensation iside the head

Hello. For several years now, and about 3 times a year I get wierd bubbly sensations inside my head , the middle goin gall the way to the back of my brain. It is hard to explain but the oly way I can think of describing is wouls be a bubbly sensation. Also, once in a while I feel dizzy , as if the room shifted and it lasts for about 10 seconds at the longest. Today I got a sharp pain on the left side of my brain. It keeps happenning all day adn it hurts. It doesn't last long, only about 2 seconds but they hurt because of how sharp they are.  

Any idea what this cold be or where I should go to get checked out?

hello im from philippines .. since the first quarter of march i noticed this bubbling like sound on my head ., i always hear it in evening or in dawn when i was laying on my bed .. it feels weird because it always bother me , an i sick ?? i cant help to think that way because just this 2013 i was diagnose to have tuberculosis luckily i overcome it with the help of medicines . please help me what is this bubble like sound , pressure like sound on my head .. could this be absign that i am sick ?

i have been feeling these bubbly feelings fro a couple of years now never had any other side effect from it though im just wondering is there any straight answer on what it could possibly be i feel like someone is repeatedly plowing bubbles in my head in it only happens at night when a lay down for bed so if anyone knows what it could possibly be please inform me on what it could be thank you........
