The spinal cord is normal in signal intensity and contour. Small hemangioma within T1 vertebral body. There
is no fracture or bone marrow edema. There is straightening of the cervical lordosis. There is desiccation
of C2-C3 through C6-C7 discs. At C2-C3 there is no disc herniation or significant central spinal stenosis.
The neuroforamina are patent. At C3-C4 there is minimal disc bulging. There is no disc herniation or
significant central spinal stenosis. Is mild facet arthrosis bilaterally. There is minimal left neural
foraminal narrowing the right neural foramina is patent. At C4-C5 there is no disc herniation or significant
central spinal stenosis. There is mild facet arthrosis bilaterally. The neuroforamina are patent. At C5-C6
there is mild diffuse posterior osteophytic ridging and disc bulging which cause impression anterior thecal
sac and may cause minimal flattening the spinal cord. There is no significant central spinal stenosis.
There is facet arthrosis bilaterally. There is mild right minimal left neural narrowing. At C6-C7 there is
minimal posterior osteophytic ridging and disc bulging causing minimal impression anterior thecal sac without
compressing the spinal cord. There is no significant central spinal stenosis. The neural foramina are
patent. At C7-T1 there is no disc herniation or significant central spinal stenosis. The neural foramina
are patent.
Degenerative disc disease. Straightening the cervical lordosis. Multilevel posterior osteophytic ridging,
disc bulging and neural foraminal narrowing as described above.
