Help Me Please
I posted awhile ago about maybe having anxiety depression...now im not sure. I tihnk I maybe have seizures..when i wake up or just randomly through the day it feels like my neck and head kinda vibrate a bit. Now i see spots all the time and sometimes flashes..please someone tell me what is going on

looking up some of the symptoms it sounds like i have migrine symptoms but no headache and they have been going on for about a week. I feel so scared and kind of insane, confused most of the time my neurologist has been slacking big time..they take forever to get any answers or appointments and it seems like i just get worse. Its not my vision I got my vision tested..argg i cant wait to be normal again

There is possibility that you are suffering from migraine. Bright spots and flashes can be aura which usually precedes a migraine attack. Please consult a physician as soon as you can.I would also suggest you get a vision test done. Good luck!

Why do you feel, you have seizures?
Are there any symptoms suggestive of seizures?
Seeing spots, flashes, neck and head vibration (apparent feeling) can be typical aura before Migraine attack.
As you remember all the events, it can’t be seizure. (Physical examination is important to rule out pathological state)
I think you should consult a neurologist at earliest.

I think you should meet a neurologist or occupational therapist to start treating the condition.
A scan will help in deciding further course of action.
