Hello dear and welcome to the medhelp forum. Your symptoms could be arising from a nerve compression in the neck, which could be due to multiple factors. There can be degenerative disc disease or herniated cervical intervertebral disc, bony spurs, neck trauma, causing pinched or compressed nerve when it exits the neural foramina. Consult a neurologist and MRI spine to check for possible causes.  Management would be according to symptoms and diagnosis. Wishing you all the best.

It sounds like you have a nerve that is being pinched and causing nerve damage. When you turn your head it is putting pressure on the nerve causing it to worsen. You need to see a Dr and have a mri done to check and see before you start having more problems from it. There is a nerve conduction chart on my profile that shows what types of problems you may have to be on watch for. Best wishes, Sissie
