back pain and shocks

I am a 22yr old male, my problem is a have constant back pain. Also every once in awhile I will get shock like symptoms in my right arm. I have talked to my doctor but they will not give me anything for the pain. but what could it be that I have?

I think you should be seeing an orthopedist and a neurosurgeon at earliest to further evaluate your condition and imaging study if required.
Low back pain affects up to 85% of the population at some point in their lives. Low back pain is one of the leading causes of disability in patients <50 years old.
Herniation of a lumbar disc is one of the major causes of acute and chronic lower back pain which may be associated with leg pain, weakness, and numbness, often referred to as sciatica.

I get lower back pain and also pain near my sholder blades

Hi,
Do you have low back pain or back pain near your shoulder blades? I assume it should be back pain near shoulder blades as you also having symptom in right arm. All these symptoms are related to spinal disc pathology at cervical region. It could be also due to nerve compression at the cervical region level.
You should be consulting an orthopaedician at the earliest and get imaging study done to see for any pathology.

Also I have been diag. with depression, I have been on Paxil 40mg, hydroxyzine 50mg, and trazadone 100mg I had quit these meds about 2 months ago. I did not like how these meds made me feel.
