can pins and needles in arms hands and legs and feet be a side effect of anyersms

Hi.

Pins and needles in hands and feet together seem unlikely in case of an aneurysm. If the aneurysm is big enough to compress the nerves of the hands and feet, then it is possible, but by then, a lot of other symptoms would appear.

Ruling out common causes like neuropathy (especially, diabetic) will be the right approach.

Hi,
A ruptured aortic aneurysm can cause tingling or numbness but there will be other symptoms as well like fainting, shortness of breath, sweating, confusion, rapid heart beat etc.
