i suffering two years from a deaseas brain shaking and i stand that i feel fall forward i want complete treatment this deaseas i do mri but it is became normal but my deaseas not completety shut out then i am frusted i seen in india in maxx hospital and he wrote mri then i do mri but it is became normal but my deaseas not shut out ever

Your symptoms could be almost anything. But my first guess would be migraine associated vertigo. Google it!
Beta blocker is a type of medicine. It is usually the first medicine used on migraine. Ask your doctor about it.
Propranolol for example is one commonly used beta blocker.
