burning

Hi I am 27 year old female who has never had any severe illnesses until recently. Approx. 7 wks now I have had a headache that initially started around the right eye and temple area. This pain continued down the back of my neck. In June I got a hole in my left eardrum caused from swimming. July started having redness along with pain in my right eye that has been off and on since. Not sure if these have anything to do with my headaches but ear doctor said no. I have had a normal CT and MRI of head and neck. Had spinal tap done and cultures ran to see if anything would grow from it  but everything came back normal. I have had several blood test ran including a Sed rate, thyroid, chrones, lyme disease and lupus. The only thing that has showed up anything was for slightly low magnesium and postitive ANA. Was told from the neuro that this was probably RA. I just had a MRA and an MRV done but have not been told the results. For several weeks now I have had a burning pain in the top of my head along with the pressure and headache. Sometimes I feel as though everything in my body is going numb. I have had chest pain and lots of heart and stomach burns. Several normal chest x-rays and ekg's performed. I also had a place on my lower leg that looked like a bruise that caused stinging pain and when I asked the doctor if this could be a blood clot he told me that it wasn't that I probably just hit my leg in my sleep. This seemed to get better for a few weeks but I have now noticed that both legs have veins showing  along with the stinging. I am jconcerned that these test are being over looked and that I might have some type of cancer. I'm scared to go to sleep sometimes because my head hurts worse when I lay down. I'm afraid that I might die in my sleep. I'm very scared and just need some answers. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been to an optometrist on about 15 different occassions in the past few months. Three different doctors sd that there is no swelling behind the eye and after several times of eye dilation everything with the actual eye looks fine. I do have rather large pupils. Was told from them that what ever health issue that I am having is just showing itself through the eye. Keep in mind that I did not have the headaches until about month after my first encounter with the eye doctor. I am scheduled to see an opthamologist soon.

Here is my opinion but I am not a doctor;

Ocular Migraine, causes pain near and behind the eye but you did not mention any actually vision problems so could be something else

Maybe third nerve problem, cause pain near eye and also ear problems

Not sure what would be causing the burning and numbness as you had a MRI and a spinal take which would rule out MS and lymes, lupus

Is anyhting else going on with your vision, blurry, your pupils?
It sounds like the ear doctor has checked your ear, so what about going to an eyedoctor for the pain with your eye?

These are just possiblities
