MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi there. You seem to have damaged your nerves, trigeminal, sensory to face and facial possibly, motor, also a fracture needs to be looked for by clinical examination and XRAY. A maxillofacial surgeon needs to examine you once a surgeon has had a look at the injury. Reconstruction would be required depending on the fracture and nerve damage if any will depend on its regenerative potential. Take care.
