Hi there. Common causes of dizziness are low blood pressure due to anemia etc, heat stroke, dehydration, vertigo due to disturbed body equilibrium, benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, meneire’s disease, and inflammation of the inner ear, heart problems like heart attack, irregular cardiac rhythms, rapid or slow heart rates, cardiomyopathy, certain drugs like beta blockers, pregnancy, high blood pressure etc. Considering the wide range of possibilities, consult a physician and a detailed clinical examination along with certain blood tests and cardiac assessment is required for diagnosing the cause. Management will depend on the cause. Migraines are vascular headaches that are associated with blurred and double vision, so this also needs to be considered as differential diagnosis. Take care.
hmm, with the blackened vision on the sides of your eyes I suggest you see an opthamologist. They can actually be helpful in identifying underlying issues as well such as neurological things. The pain could be related to something going on with your optic nerve or other facial nerves as well. The opthamologist can provide clues. These can also be symptoms of sinus problems/infection. The best start I can reccomend would be going to your general practitioner and going from there. She can provide referrals and at best rule out things in his/her office. Best wishes.
