dystonia with balance and fasciculation problem

I am a normally v healthy 46 yr old doctor who has developed cervical dystonia 3 months ago after 6 months of very infrequent head jerks which i know realise were a precursor. Dystonia started quite badly after few weeks of intense driving abroad.It tends to be worse when sitting upright with head unsupported but ok on walking. Also have had few episodes in last 18/12 consistent with vestibular neuronitis which lasted only few days. I have had botox  to neck muscles to help the dystonia. Basic bloods and mri brain and neck normal this week, awaiting the weird and wonderful blood results back. Problem in last 2 weeks is that i have developed problems with balance which has been worse in last few days. I'm not falling over but feel off balance on walking and if feels cerebral and not quite like vertigo epiodes in past.I have no temperature   and am very sane -not imagining.Also in last 2 weeks have developed visible muscle twitching in various parts of body-usually when resting they are more noticeable-short lived. My neurologist is reviewing scans with colleagues this week. Has anyone seen anything like this because in 22 yrs of practice i never have. Also any ideas re what neurologial prob could cause dystonia and all these other symptoms.?

I to have cervical dystonia and now have problem with my balance and hand coordination.  I have had numerous test and still no one can tell me what is going on.  I do take botox injections for my neck but it doesn't help anything else going on.
