You have had a stroke. You need immediate attention at an emergency room. Not an "appointment" with s doctor. Your life is in danger.
Go to a doctor and get checked out. There are many reasons for this to happen but the one that is the most concerning is a stroke. Now I am not saying that is the reason for your symptoms but I believe it is best to rule it out since it is the most dangerous.
