feel like string being puled in the back of head numnes

Ive been having numbnes on left side of head and ringing in head head feel like stings pulling and have vision blurs please help me to find whats wrong!

thanks for help is ringing a dangeris thing! or do peopale live fine with is or can I be paralized from this Ido have a bad disc c6/7 had epidurals in 2003 now when I turn my head to side head goes numb! In morning or if I put hands behind head hands go numb. the sides of my feet hurt and legs hurt I also have pain in center of back and rib pain .Two diferent things or all from one neck!

Hi,
Migraine sometimes is associated with numbness, ringing in head and blurring of vision. There could be other neurologic causes. There could be a pinched nerve in the neck or an inner ear pathology leading to  the symptoms. Please go for an ENT specialist consultation. I would  suggest you to go for MRI of the brain and spine and consult a neurologist also for the examination, diagnosis and treatment. Hope this helps you. Take care and regards!
