feeling a heartbeat through my body

when im sitting or lying down i feel a pulsing feeling in my body and i can hear my heartbeat in my head.my heart isnt beating any faster than usual, but it really annoying.i feel like i am throbbing.last nite i woke to the sound of my heart in my ears.i do have anxiety and panic disorder and i know it has been acting up this last wk.i was wondering if this pulsing is my anxiety,even though i dont feel anxious,or could it be something more?

Hello.

Such feeling of the pulse in the ear and other parts of body are common in anxiety. In anxiety states, we are more conscious of our body. This makes it easier for the sensory system to notice the heartbeats and the pulse.

At the same time, you should also have your blood pressure check and monitored regularly. Have at least three reading through the day.

hello i am a 16 yr old male who has been having pulsing in th right ear for the last 4 yrs i just wish it would go it's horrible and when i run then stop i can hear a really loud pulse in my head and ear and neck ENT said i will have 2 live with it sometimes i think at least i can hear my pulse
