Try taking gingko biloba. It is used for short-term memory loss and is very effective.
Memory loss can come from many things.
ADD/ADHD, Alzheimer's, being oxygen deprived for too long, depression, anxiety, menopause, iron deficiency...the list goes on.
You must see a doctor and have testing done in order to figure out what the cause is.
