I was said to be having hemiplegia migraines. I was in and out of the hospital several times. I was having a tingling in my face. I am now on Depokate ER and have been for almost two years. I was trying to come off this medicine. The last two months I have been on 250mg instead of 500mg. I have ten days left and was suppose to go of this medicine. Now I am experiencing tingling in the back of my head. It's not on one side or the other but in the middle. Could this have anything to do with cutting the medicine down. I really didn't believe that I was having hemiplegic migraines to begin with.

Unfortunately, I cannot give you a clinical diagnosis with the limited amount of information you provide

It is even difficult for me to provide you with a list of possible causes without more clarification of your symptoms

It could be anything from a muscle contraction headache to a stroke!

I would advise you to seek a medical assessment by an internist or neurologist in your area
Good luck
