hot prickling points that move around body

Hi,
I was diagnosed with MS about 8 months ago.
-continual tingling in my face and intermittent on top of my head
-dystonia   which has come and gone
-continual hot pricking points all over my body that only last a second + or -

At same time I was diagnosed with hashimotos hypothyroidism
tsh - 87
thyroglobulin AB - 41
TPO antibody - 6972

i had problem with my liver and digestion after taking depakote to help with dystonia
my liver is back to normal but my digestion is still off - tan colored stools with undigested food

so really my question is about these hot prickling senstaions that move around my body. they are like sharp hot prickling needles that come and go really fast. but they are all over my body mostly on arms and legs and torso.

wondering if it is a different neurological condition than ms. i know ms has many many symptoms. i got tested for lupus and lyme disease (although i know lyme could be false negative)  i know it could be called paresthesia.

what are some other possibilities or causes for this hot pricking sensation. could it be fungal or endocrine system related? the sensation feels like it's in my blood.

any ideas are so greatly appreciated
Renee

little more i forgot
i was really underweight with this when this all began
i know that with hypo it is mostly overweight.
i am 37 and when this also started i had some intense night sweats
so wondering if this is endocrine related as well
thank you again

to add
these sensations increase in evening and sometimes if i eat something different than my current diet which is just rice, quinoa, veggies, chick, fish.  no raw food.  i had some dried fruit and these prickling sensations increased big time. what's the relation. that's why i was wondering if this could be fungal candida related or something. i know sugar increases inflammation. so i'm wondering why eating can affect this.
