low blood pressure

I am a 43 year old woman that had a pace maker put in due to passsing out (Neurocardiogenic syncope )  Had issues for 8 years before doctors caught on.  Was treated for seizure disorders for about a year in a half and also had vision theraphy for a year in a half due to concussion from fall.   However, after that which was 7 years ago have been off medicine except for priolec.  So anyways, I was told I have low blood pressure.  My problems have been for over a year, tired, (went from being extremely hyper person/ single mom  with 3 kids running non stop and living off of 4 hours a sleep.) and feeling like I was stopping breathing at night.  Had a fainting episode in that time frame where they found I need the pace maker.   So now 4 months later I still have alot of symptoms that wont go away.  Dizziness, off balance, tiredness, shortness of breathe when walking up stairs,   severe flushing in the evening, crying episodes, arms and shoulders numb and tinglling and constant rolling/creepy crawly sensations all day long, gone from being the hottest person around to freezing all day long, short term memory loss to asking the same damn question over and over and over, feels like elephant is on my chest all day.   Had all test done and no one seems to know what my issue is.  The doctor has me on Xanax now, and which I may add I guess I do have alot of the symptoms associated with this disease.  But problems are still there.  Heart doctor has me on salt pills but nothing seems to be working and my frustration level is now throught the roof.  Why......can anyone help me.  Had a premenopause test done.....I'm in the norm.   Maybe a i need a stress test for the heart?  Maybe more issues?    Help!!!!   Thanks!!!!

I don't know you and we all react somewhat differently. But when I corrected my sleep problem (or corrected the worst of it) my symptoms faded. In my case the major problem was an iodine deficiency paired with a baby who would not sleep.  However your cause might be different.

You are existing on insufficient sleep. Start by addressing the sleep problem and go on from there. And have your thyroid checked. When you lack sleep everything can get thrown off balance.

You have all the symptoms of sleep deprivation. I know. I have been there. It got so bad that a stroke was aborted just in time when I was only 38.
