lump on back of head

i am a 14 year old and i hav descoverd lumps about the size of a pea some bigger
when i lift waits the ones on my right arm tend to swell up causing it to enlarge
i have them around my sides and and back area's
i have been to the doctor and they havent a clue wat could be the caus
they are going to try and surgically remove one that is near the surface to test it but still havent and idea what is wrong and why i have these lumps
please help
