hi Dr,

I'm having the same problem with my left hand index finger where it is shiver often. I'm worrying that it could be a symptom for heart diseases and also possible hand paralyse. Recently my work load is pressuring me. Further I had severe harmstring pull recently. Kindly advice if I'm worrying unnecessarily.

Thanks

Hello Dear fakru,
The twitching may be occasional.. An electromyograph test is desirable to assess your condition better.
Do you also have altered sensations, fatigue, muscle cramps and exercise intolerance?
You should consult a neurologist and evaluate the cause.
