nerve damage in my left side form an injury

I am having numb/dead feelings in my left thumb index and middle and ring finger.  I have C 4-7 that are damaged and I have been told that some of fingers tingling feelings cannot be because of those c-spine areas being damaged?
I am also having TIA like symptoms where is is walking I have to stop any movement for a time.  I also have had to drag my leg and force my arm to rise or move? I have been itching allot all over too.  I had none of these symptoms before my neck injury!

Thx, yes I do have a compression of my spinal cord at one level at least. I will be seeing a neurosurgeon the 9th, maybe I will get some relief soon. Both of my arms are numb this morning. I tell ya this has been a slow process getting anything done, workers comp makes things much harder.
