Prickly/Tingling throughout face and body. Help

I've been having weird issues with my body. The doctors said I have TMJ and possible Trigeminal Neuralgia but I don't know. It feels like pin prickles on my skin, there's some slight numbness in my face too. It usually starts in my face and then the pin prickles just sort of pop up in my arms, legs, hands, sides. I've been dizzy and tired too. My ears feel plugged and my head feels like it's under pressure. I've been having headaches too. My throat and tongue tingle as well. I just had a CT scan done and it was normal as was the rainbow blood work they did. My family doctor just did a B12 test to see if I'm deficient in that but I won't know until next week. I have panic attacks so it's hard to say if my racing heart has anything to do with that or the other symptoms I'm having. My hands almost feel..itchy. I kind of feel like my skin is crawling/tickling. I'm only 28 and I have a husband and 2 small children. I'm a mess because I'm so worried about what this might be. I have 2 teeth that have an infection and need to be removed. The doctors said my poor dental health comes from me having gall bladder disease and not being able to eat much. I've lived on barely any fat for 4 and a half years. I only eat beans and some fruit. Sometimes I'll eat some chicken or a potato. I don't know if my problems are coming from my poor diet or what. I'm terrified though.  If anyone could give me some sort of hope that would be great. I'm terrified I have MS or something. My family doctor said she wants to concentrate on getting my teeth fixed and getting my gall bladder out so I can eat normal again. She thinks it's probably diet related and when I asked her the likliness of MS she said it's rare but probable and has referred me to a neurologist. The fact that she referred me scares me. Like I said, I'm a mess. I need some help!

They did the CT scan to rule out a tumor or mass in and around my head they said. I won't hear anything about the neurologist until the middle of next week. They have to call my family doctor back and then they'll get a hold of me to schedule.

It's hard to relax during this time. I try to do things to take my mind off of it but it doesn't really help. I'm feeling nervous all the time and I just want to escape my body. It *****.
