nervousness

What can I do about nervousness. I have seen several Dr's. They say things like "Why Do you want to be nervous"?  Who wants to be nervous?   I need to know if there is a drug that I can take that will help. It seems that I have been nervous in my head all of my life.

Hi there. You need to consult a psychiatrist who could help you with anti anxiety medications along with behavioral therapy and psychotherapy. You need to be counseled for these nervousness symptoms. You could be a type A personality who reacts to situations with an underlying degree of stress. Hope this helps. Take care.

hi I'm not sure how I can help however by nervousness do you mean anxious?
did something trigger it An event?is it in social situations?there are tablets u can get prescribed have you asked your doctor?
