Dear Dr. Jagdish,

My symptoms are very much like Sanakhan. MRI also done.

MRI REPORT
>study shows small anterior indentation on thecal sac at C5-6
>Axial images show early diffuse annular bulge of C5-6 disc mildly intending the thecal sac
>Cervical curvature is altered
----- the rest are normal -----

Our NeuroDoctor prescribed the following and currently I am on the 6th day on this medication.

Methylprednisolone USP4mg   -3times 5days followed by 2times 5days and once 5days
Neogab 300mg   -night time 3weeks
Zycel 100mg -twice daily 3weeks

So far I don't see this medicine helps.

When I was prescribed this medicines, doctor did not tell me specifically the pain is due to nurological issues.

Please provide more informaitons on this.

Thank you
Jamal

Hi,
Most likely your symptoms are due to cervical spondylosis.Consult opthalmologist to check status of your eyes.In diabetic patients pathology in eyes can give rise to headache/eye strain/blurring of vision.Possiblities of any tumour is very less likely.See that your blood sugars are well controlled.
Regard,
