internal tremors, rapid heartbeat etc.

i awaken every morning with a rapid heartbeat, internal tremors, a little hard to breathe..it only happens when i awake and then it passes within about an hour of my getting out of bed..i am so upset about it..it is very scary to me..i am so grateful for this website..help! thanks!

That was happening to me for quite a few months. It stopped about 2 weeks ago. Not sure what caused it or why it went away, but I can feel for you.

I know this can be a symptom of depression/anxiety. Perhaps posting in those forums may help.

Perhaps it's something to do with your breathing? Do you snore? Do you sometimes quit breathing in the middle of the night?

thanks for responding,,there was actually one night i woke up and felt i couldn/t breathe, but i can t make the connection to that..wow, its amazing that u had the same thing too..i dont feel so alone..thanks again.
