Hi,
How are you feeling now?
3 months what you are talking about is the recovery period for nerve to heal.
The fact that you are having only numbness, you would have probably got neuropraxia.
Neuropraxia you could suffer while doing exercise, doing routine work also. It is just injury to covering of nerve. I think you should not be worried about isolated injuries. If you are still concern, I think you should consult a neurologist at earliest.
Physical therapy will help you a lot.
Hope this helps you.
Bye.

Hi,
Did you suffer any injury that could have caused fracture of collar bone or shoulder? If not then you probabaly have shoulder dislocation. Please consult an orthopaedician. Alternative ice and heat pack for a couple days and physical therapy is usually very helpful.I would also suggest you to get your blood sugar test done as you have numbness in your finger.Good luck!
