Hi my father had a knee replacement op 6 months ago and came out of hospital with INTENSE searing burning pain across his buttocks and fizzled out down his leg about to his knees, he has seen 7 specialists all of them shaking their heads, one mentioned Prudendal nerve entrapment but his symptoms are not related to the genital region and the prudendal nerve doesn't cause buttock pain and down the legs which is what led me to the posterior femoral cutaneous nerve....what is your experience with this nerve and the pain associated with it? kind regards
