Nate,

I posted to you below.  After reading this post, though, your symptoms sound more and more like migraines or some kind of headache disorder.  You can have nausea, numbness in an extremity, and even unequal pupils with migraines and other types of headaches.  I doubt very much you have a brain tumor but you should go to a doctor and see what he has to say.  Even if you are uninsured and can't afford an MRI, if you doctor thinks you are having migraines you could be tried on migraine meds to see if they help.  Do a search on migraines and see if it fits, but more importantly go to a doctor.  Lots of things can cause unequal pupils, not just brain tumors.  I had the same thing in the past (now gone) and it wasn't due to a brain tumor.  Let me know what you find out after reading about migraines.

Nate,  the medical term for pupils being different sizes is anisocoria.    You can search on that and get lots of helpful advise - apparently often it's not a big problem.

That may be associated with a brain tumor,  but in a quick search,  I couldn't see that that was true.

Your life sounds really miserable right now with worry - I really think you need to get this checked out right now,  so you can get treatment or at least relax and realize you have nothing major to worry about.

Best wishes.
