I have worn them for several years believe me we have tried everything I was a nurse before I became disabled in 1995 I was a home health person.enjoyed it. My arm pain is so severe that I am no longer able to enjoy my life,Thank you for the suggestion.

You have my sympathies.

I would suggest one final solution before the stimulator.

A 5% transdermal lidocaine patch over the area of the spine causing trouble. Wear for no more than 12 hours at a time.
