Thanks a lot :)
By the way I did a normal MRI (não contrast used) 3 months ago, at 22h. After it I went to bed and woke up at 6 AM with a bruning sensation and loads of marks/wrinkles on my back skin (the burning was even in my genitals). I still have this burning sensation, although it is getting better now (I've got no desiese and no aparente cause for have neuropathic pain). Do you think that the MRI exam could somehow damage small nerve fibers? Is it why some people say day feel a heat sensation?
Thanks again for your time
Hi,
According to various studies, small skin nerve fibres take somewhere between 172 to 200 days for regeneration. Nutrition may play an important role in the regeneration of nerve fibres. Please take supplements of multivitamins, multiminerals, Omega 3 fatty acids and calcium for a quicker regeneration. Please consult a neurologist for further advice. Hope this helps you. Take care and regards!
