Hand pain/ grip strength

45 year old male. Have been struggling with hand pain and grip strength in both hands for 5+ years. Have swelling in web area between thumb and index finger on both hands. Hurts most when trying to grip small objects or trying to hold an object for more than a couple of minutes. Have gone through a gambit of tests with no answers. The only thing doctors know for sure is that it is not arthritis or gout. Everything they have tested for has come back negative. Even the extra swelling in hands has come back as, just blood/ nothing abnormal. Was even being seen at Mayo Clinic, but could not afford more testing. At my wits end. Would like to be able to live a somewhat normal life. Any thoughts?
