twitch and buzz

hi.

quick overview.

early last winter ( december  '07 or january '08)i began notcing left calf twitches when i sat down to watch tv at night. went to gp. dx benign fasiculation.

early spring: calve continued to twitch on and off and now left neck was doing the same. on and off.
went to gp-- dx benign fasic.
right after trip to doc, began having the twitches all over-- one here, one there-- one strong "thumper" , one that would last a few seconds including. feet, hands, buttocks. arm. even little tongue flickers.
went immediately to local neuro. he did emg. "clean" that was may '08.

i didnt love that neuro so i went to jefferson university hospital and saw dr dalakas. his intern spent time with me doing a clinical, dalakas did quick look and said benign fasiculation ( no syndrome )--that was in june '08.

symptoms still going on... not 24/7 but every day-- same pattern-- all over. sometimes a spot or 2 will be more predominant.

july 08 cant take the mental anguish. went to johns hopkins. had clinical by als specialist. emg on one side ( not the side that seems to be acting up the most but the other-- perhaps that is because that day that side was bothering me more )-- emg fine. dx "suspect benign fasiculation " but i do have mild trace bilateral hoffman sign. he did not see any twitches that day--including in my tongue.

sept 08--- new symptom-- a slight buzzing. almost like a cell phone on my left breast area. twitches are still diffuse and not as often but still each day-- tongue still flickers slightly on one side on some days.
i have klonopin and that seems to help me with my fears and with the twitches...

what do you think? i am a wreck. young child at home.
