unbearable pain 4 mos after anterior decompression

i lost feelings in my right hand 0ct 2011, surgery in nov 2011 diagnosed as spinal stenosos. 4 mos after surgery the pain has been getting worse ive had 2 emgs(very painful) bone scans,just all kinds of tests the drs keep trying new meds neurontins,cymbalta,trileptal and lyrica  i also have twitches all over since surgery i even get them in my butt the meds are not helping but the tests show im alright yet i cant hold a coffee cup with one hand, i just dont know what to do

i have lost all the feeling in my right arm again and it hurts bad they(pain mgt)are going to do a fluro procedure on jan 10 the dr at pain mgt said that the scar tissue could be pressing against my nerve i am hopeful but i have a feeling its gonna hurt

Try physical therapy. This along with the medications should help you to recover complete muscle strength.
